01 · The request

A failed leg opens its own ticket.

Orkestro sees the failure before you do. No proof of delivery, a driver who never collected, a slot missed. A claim is opened against the ticket, you attach your evidence, and Orkestro makes it easy to process and track through to the refund.

02 · The response

Filed once, tracked to the end.

You file the claim from the ticket, and each fleet responds in its own time, response times vary by fleet. Orkestro tracks every claim’s status in one place, and recovered money lands as a credit on your reconciliation.

Claims come from Dispatch failures, with the delivery record already attached.

Case study · Coco di Mama

The highest recovery rate on the network.

−71%

fleets carrying the volume

Coco di Mama's recovery rate is the highest on the network. When a courier refuses or fails to collect, more than nine in ten of those orders still reach the customer: the next-best fleet is booked automatically, on the same tracking link.

After a difficult quarter, failed dispatches fell by more than 70% and fulfilment returned above 99%. The account runs across roughly ten fleets, which is what makes the recovery rate possible: there is always somewhere for a failed order to go.

Rates and relative changes from Coco di Mama's own Insights reporting. Absolute volumes are not published.
