Delivery Orchestration Pricing | Orkestro
Pricing

Pricing you can put in a spreadsheet.

Start with one store and every fleet on the network. As you grow, the same account unlocks dispatch rules built with you, unlimited stores on one platform fee and a lower rate per delivery. Delivery fees are paid to fleets at fleet rates; Orkestro charges the platform fee, nothing on top.

To the fleet
Delivery fees, quoted per order

Each quote comes from the fleet you book and varies by route and time of day. Orkestro passes it through untouched.

To Orkestro
The platform fee, from £29/mo

A fee per activated store plus a fee per delivery, or one flat monthly fee covering every store. One weekly invoice, no lock-in.

Compare bundles

The more you ship, the less each delivery costs.

Put in your own numbers. We pick the cheapest bundle at that volume and show what the network gives back each month, using the rates merchants on the network actually recorded.

Total deliveries a month{{ ordersLabel }}
How this is modelled
From the case studies. Failed deliveries cut by 58–76% (model uses 70%). Manual dispatch down 51%. Late deliveries cut by 38–53% (model uses 45%).
Modelled assumptions. A rescued order is counted at half its basket value, since the cost of goods is spent either way, plus the second delivery attempt you no longer pay for. Matching each order to the fleet best suited to that route and time lowers the average delivery fee by 8%. Manual dispatch takes 90 seconds of staff time at £13/hour. A late order costs a £5 goodwill credit on 8% of orders today.
{{ crossScale }}
Monthly figures only: the one-off £300 per-store setup on Enterprise deals is not counted here. Your rate card comes with numbers for your own volume.

Questions merchants actually ask.

How does billing work?

One weekly invoice, itemised per store: £29 per activated store + £0.59 per delivery on Starter, £290/month + £0.49 per delivery on Scale, £2,900/month + £0.39 per delivery on Enterprise (rates improve further at high volumes), excl. VAT. Enterprise deals carry a one-off £300 setup fee per store. No lock-in.

What counts as a delivery?

Any order dispatched through Orkestro to a fleet. A backup booking made after a courier failure is part of the same delivery, not a second one.

Who do I pay for the deliveries themselves?

Delivery fees are paid to fleets at fleet rates. Orkestro charges the platform fee, we never mark up the fleet’s price.

What happens on a failed delivery?

A backup fleet is auto-booked so the order still arrives. Where a refund is due, the ticket carries the delivery record, you attach your evidence, file the claim, and track it to settlement.

Is there a minimum contract or volume commitment?

No. Plans are monthly and cancel any time. Starter has no volume minimum; Scale and Enterprise are flat monthly fees with no delivery quota to hit.

Can I move between plans?

Yes, at any billing cycle, up or down. The bundle finder shows the crossover for your volume; most merchants move to Scale once the flat fee is cheaper than paying per store.

What is an activated store?

A store that dispatched at least one order in the month. Stores that sent nothing are not billed on Starter; on Scale and Enterprise every store is included in the flat fee.

Are there integration or API fees?

No. The API, webhooks, integrations with your EPOS or ordering platform, and the portal are included on every plan. The only one-off charge is the £300 per-store setup on Enterprise deals.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

No. All platform fees are quoted excluding VAT, which is added at the prevailing UK rate. Fleet delivery fees are invoiced as charged by each fleet.

What happens above Enterprise volumes?

The per-delivery fee reduces further at high volumes. We price that against your own numbers on a call, and put it in writing.
