Deliveries saved by automatic backup
99.1%

Of bookings that fall through, 99.1% are delivered anyway by an automatic backup. The customer sees a delivery, not a refund and an apology.

Consistency of service

A fleet having a bad day stops being the customer’s problem. The promise you made at checkout still holds.

Customer retention

A failed delivery is the moment a customer stops ordering. Recovering it quietly is cheaper than winning them back.

Nothing to write off

No refund, no goodwill credit, no apology to draft, and the order still counts as revenue.

Every fleet, ranked on your own orders

Volume, on-time rate, cost per mile and how fast each fleet reaches a pickup. This is the evidence behind every dispatch rule you write.

Just Eat for Business runs high-volume corporate catering, where a delivery arriving after the meeting has started is a delivery that failed regardless of what the tracking says.

On-time performance rose from 84.3% to 90.2% year on year, cutting late deliveries by more than a third. Failed dispatches fell by well over half, and fulfilment now sits above 99%.

Their volume runs across a double-digit number of fleets. When a courier refuses or fails a booking, a backup is booked automatically: more than three quarters of those orders still arrived, with no phone calls and no re-keying.
