01 · The record

Every delivery writes to the customer record.

Address, basket, frequency, last seen. No tags to apply, no import. Segments build themselves as the orders land.

02 · The win-back

See who has gone quiet, and go get them.

38 customers have not ordered in a month. Send them a voucher by email and SMS in two clicks, then watch the segment shrink.

Every order Dispatch books writes here automatically.

Case study · Coco di Mama

The highest recovery rate on the network.

Stores UK-wide UK-wide coverage Italian-to-go On-demand delivery
91%
courier failures still delivered
−71%
failed deliveries from the low point
~10
fleets carrying the volume

Coco di Mama's recovery rate is the highest on the network. When a courier refuses or fails to collect, more than nine in ten of those orders still reach the customer: the next-best fleet is booked automatically, on the same tracking link.

After a difficult quarter, failed dispatches fell by more than 70% and fulfilment returned above 99%. The account runs across roughly ten fleets, which is what makes the recovery rate possible: there is always somewhere for a failed order to go.

Rates and relative changes from Coco di Mama's own Insights reporting. Absolute volumes are not published.
